Payment

PayPal is currently our prefered method of payment as its very quick and secure and you don't even need an account with them to make a payment. However if you would prefer you can send a postal order or a cheque made payable to B Vernon to the address below.

Postage

A flat fee of £1.95 is charged on all under £20.00 orders and we have no minimum order quantity. Orders of £20.00 or more are sent 1st class postage Free.

We do endeavour to send out parcels within 1 - 3 days, and all parcels are sent 1st class.  Sometimes some items may be out of stock. If this is the case we will forward them to you as soon as they are received by us.

Please allow 10 days after placing your order before contacting us if your initial parcel has not been received.

If on receipt you are not happy with your goods, please return unopened by
recorded delivery for a full refund.
Any damaged items received should be returned within 7 days for a full refund or
replacement.

Privacy

At no point do we ever divulge any information given to us by yourselves. We also do not hold any credit card information.
All our credit card transactions are undertaken by PayPal on their secure servers.
Even we do not get to know your credit card numbers, The PayPal secure servers are among the best in the world giving you peace of mind when ordering online.
